SHOES:
- Tie shoes or loafers are part of the uniform. Shoes must have closed toes and backs. Socks are always required. A separate pair of sneakers and socks are required for physical education. Sneakers (no higher than ankle height) will be allowed on Fridays with the use of rugby type shirts and Bermuda shorts.
- Casual Friday Attire (Optional): Rugby Shirt and Bermuda Shorts
SPIRIT DRESS DOWN DAY
- Students may wear any type of pants, shorts or skirts on this day, but shorts and skirts must be of an appropriate dress code length.
- Midriff, tank, or spaghetti strap tops are not allowed.
- Cut-off clothing is not allowed.
- Hats or caps are not allowed.
- Clothing must be in good taste and not be see-through.
- Shoes must conform to the regular dress code guidelines.
- Pajamas, pajama pants, surgical pants, or loungewear of any kind are not permitted. Athletic Team “Game Day”: Students may wear jerseys or team t-shirts. Hats or caps are not allowed. Face painting and hair tinting are not allowed.
NOTE: ALL CLOTHING MUST BE OF AN APPROPRIATE SIZE AND FIT CGPA DESIGNATED NON-UNIFORM DAYS
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION GENERAL GROOMING:
Students are expected to come to school with proper attention having been given to personal cleanliness, grooming, and neatness of dress. Students whose personal attire or grooming distracts the attention of other students or teachers from their school work shall be required to make the necessary alterations to such attire or grooming before entering the classroom or be sent home by the principal to be properly prepared for school.
DRESS CODE ENFORCEMENT:
The Administration reserves the right to determine if a student is dressed or groomed appropriately. Students, who in the judgment of the administration do not meet daily dress code or grooming requirements, will be issued a consequence ranging from warning to cafeteria duty or detention. Repeat offenders may receive more serious disciplinary consequences.
